3. Purchases & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (Euro) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment partner at the time of purchase.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you authorise the transaction and agree that the amount stated will be charged to your chosen payment method.

4. Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment, access to the purchased programme is granted promptly. You will receive a confirmation email with your access details within a few minutes of purchase. If access is not received within 30 minutes, please contact us at support@trueluxacadmy.es.

Programme access is granted on a lifetime basis for the tier purchased. We reserve the right to update, revise, and improve programme content at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the programme — including text, templates, spreadsheets, frameworks, presentations, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of True Lux Academy. It is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your licence to access the programme is:

Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our content may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
